Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging CG Wedding Events for any services. By making an enquiry and proceeding with a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
CG Wedding Events is a wedding styling business operated by Charley G, based in the United Kingdom. We provide bespoke wedding styling and venue dressing services to couples across the UK. References to "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms refer to CG Wedding Events.
We offer a range of wedding styling packages as described on our Services page and in any written quote provided to you. The exact scope of services to be provided will be confirmed in writing prior to any booking being confirmed.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to styling plans where circumstances require, provided the overall aesthetic and agreed vision is maintained.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the total agreed fee. Until both the signed contract and deposit have been received, your date cannot be held or guaranteed.
The remaining balance of 50% is due no later than 8 weeks (56 days) before your wedding date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
By you: If you cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 90 days of your wedding date, the full balance may be due depending on work already completed and items sourced. This will be set out in your contract.
By us: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to exceptional circumstances (including illness or injury), we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement stylist and will refund any payments made if no suitable alternative can be arranged.
Postponement: If you need to postpone your wedding, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. If we are not available on the new date, the cancellation terms above apply.
CG Wedding Events may recommend or coordinate with third-party suppliers as part of your wedding styling, including but not limited to florists, furniture hire companies, prop hire companies, lighting specialists, and other creative professionals.
These suppliers operate entirely independently of CG Wedding Events under their own separate contracts with you. We accept no responsibility or liability for the performance, quality, delivery, conduct, or any failure of any third-party supplier, whether recommended by us or not. Any disputes with third-party suppliers must be resolved directly between you and the supplier concerned.
Where we coordinate with third-party suppliers on your behalf, we do so as a courtesy and not as their agent or guarantor. You remain responsible for all contracts and payments entered into directly with third parties.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for those services.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, travel disruption, venue issues, or Acts of God).
We carry public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

We retain the right to photograph our styling work at your wedding for use in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless you notify us in writing prior to your wedding date that you do not consent to this. Any photographs provided to us for use in our marketing will not identify you personally without your consent.
Any mood boards, styling concepts, or design documents created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be shared with or used by other suppliers without our written permission.
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of hired items or props provided by us during the period between delivery and collection. We will inform you of any hire items included in your package and the associated replacement costs.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to your contract with us.
